SÄBU has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1997 and has its quality management system regularly audited by independent bodies.
Certification by TÜV Rheinland confirms the effectiveness of our quality management system and the consistently high quality of our processes and products.
SÄBU is certified according to DIN EN ISO 14001 and implements a systematic environmental management system across all areas of the company.
The objective is the continuous improvement of environmental performance and the reduction of environmental impacts along the entire value chain.
SÄBU is certified according to EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-4 and therefore meets the requirements for the manufacture and assembly of load-bearing steel and metal structures.
The certification confirms compliant production as well as continuous factory production control across all process steps. This ensures consistent quality and standard-compliant execution of our structures.
SÄBU has carried the RAL quality mark of the Federal Quality Association for Modular Construction and Prefabricated Buildings (Gütegemeinschaft Montagebau und Fertighäuser) since 1975.
The quality mark stands for regularly audited quality in the planning, manufacturing, and assembly of buildings. It confirms the reliable execution of agreed services and verified quality standards in the construction process.
Since 2009, SÄBU has been listed in the register of pre-qualified construction companies maintained by the PQ-Verein as a “company in the construction sector”.
Pre-qualification confirms verified suitability for public construction contracts in accordance with VOB/A. It simplifies the proof of company qualifications and ensures transparency in public procurement processes.
SÄBU is registered as a training company with the Industrie- und Handelskammer Köln and is regularly audited.
This recognition confirms compliance with the requirements for qualified vocational training in administration and production.
SÄBU has been recognised with the “The Best” award for outstanding achievements in vocational training.
The award confirms the quality of the training and the performance of our apprentices in 2021 and 2022.
