By avoiding composite materials, using a 50-KVP system, installing a rainwater cistern and drilling three geothermal boreholes to a depth of 140 m, it was possible to construct a resource-saving modular building on the 10.000 m² site.
A heat pump ensures an optimal indoor climate. Heating and cooling according to the seasons are thus no problem.

The targeted use of regenerative energies such as photovoltaics, geothermal energy and rainwater utilisation in conjunction with a building concept that is almost free of thermal bridges makes it possible to fall below the requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance by more than 25 %.
The modular administration building consists of individual room modules prefabricated industrially in the SÄBU factory. The production hall was constructed from prefabricated concrete elements and realised with a highly insulated integral façade with integrated aluminium window strips.

Architecturally, the modular building impresses with its open floor concept, concise building structure, high-quality choice of materials and the individual lighting concept. Looking at the administration building, the special building envelope of the modular building catches the eye:
a successful combination of high-quality material changes and contrasting colours. The curtain-type aluminium cassette façade with coloured glass panels between the window elements and the generous mullion-and-transom construction reflects the company's corporate design in some areas.

The company’s special corporate design is also continued in the interior design. The use of an orange hue gives the entire building, both outside and inside, a high recognition value and character.
Not only the orange of the logo is reflected in the interior. As soon as visitors enter the building, they are enchanted by a self-developed thread fountain, where water gently bubbles from the ceiling to the floor and makes them think of the products of the Evertz company.

"Evertz, the source of water hydraulics." The theme of water is the origin of the planning design. The association of strength, closeness to nature and growth is additionally awakened by the design and spatial concept: running over two storeys, stone was chosen as the background for the fountain, again a material of natural origin to emphasise the image of naturalness and create the very special atmosphere.

Generous window areas let a lot of light into the interior of the building. The soundproofed, glazed conference room in the gallery area of the first floor can be reached via the direct route of the staircase. Even during a conference, the open room design allows a view of the shower fountain.
