Energetic New Construction of an Administration Building in Modular Construction with Adjoining Production Hall
Evertz Hydrotechnik GmbH & Co. KG is involved in the development, design, manufacture and maintenance of water hydraulic components and systems. On a floor space of 2,316 m² the new modular building in Betzdorf, Rhineland-Palatinate, forms a unit for the areas of development, sales and production.
As general contractor, SÄBU Morsbach GmbH was responsible for the entire construction project of the modular administration building. From the planning to the execution and coordination of all trades to the handover of the keys.
A heat pump ensures an optimal indoor climate. Heating and cooling according to the seasons are thus no problem.
The modular administration building consists of individual room modules prefabricated industrially in the SÄBU factory. The production hall was constructed from prefabricated concrete elements and realised with a highly insulated integral façade with integrated aluminium window strips.
a successful combination of high-quality material changes and contrasting colours. The curtain-type aluminium cassette façade with coloured glass panels between the window elements and the generous mullion-and-transom construction reflects the company's corporate design in some areas.
Not only the orange of the logo is reflected in the interior. As soon as visitors enter the building, they are enchanted by a self-developed thread fountain, where water gently bubbles from the ceiling to the floor and makes them think of the products of the Evertz company.
The Evertz modular building shows the many facets and design possibilities of modular construction. The interaction of materials of natural origin on the basis of modular prefabricated steel construction represents the modern economic way of building and the flexibility of turnkey construction.
